    The physical mechanism at the base of the pore appearance during the track-etching process ensures a precise and uniform pore diameter, intrinsically yielding a narrow pore size distribution and providing sharp cut- off filters.
  • Wide range of porosity As the pore density and the pore size are independently controlled during both steps of the process, the track-etched membrane filter porosity ranges :
    • From less than 0.1 % to more than 20 % (standard configurations)
    • To more than 40 % (customized configurations)
