Specific track-etched products
it4ip is your partner for the supply of state-of-the-art research and product development services based on ion track technology of polymers.
Specific track-etched products (such as e.g. coronary balloons) can be also developed to reach customer requirements.

SUPPORTED TRACK-ETCHED TEMPLATES
Supported nanoporous track-etched templates can be fabricated using track etching technology on polymer films or polymer layers deposited on varied substrates like wafer, glass or metal ... and incorporating a potential electrical circuitry.
These templates are useful for the synthesis of metallic or polymeric nano-objects and are therefore used for the growth within their pores of arrays of controlled metallic - single (Co, Ni, Au), alloys (CoFe, NiFe), multilayered (Co/Cu) - nanowires.
Supported porous templates can be also prepared from (i) thin polycarbonate or polyimide layer deposited on top of patterned ITO coated glass and used therefore as template for the confinement of emitting polymer into poly-LED or OLED devices, or from (ii) thick polycarbonate layers deposited on top of copper or nickel coated PET or PEN film for synthesis of bilayered Ni-Au nanowires with applications in biological field.
PATTERNED TRACK-ETCHED TEMPLATES
Confinement of pores by use of track etching technology can be considered to realise patterned track-etched templates. These specific products are defined as templates where a known number of pores are created in well-defined areas only.

Novel Technology to Provide an Enriched Therapeutic Cell Concentrate from Bone Marrow Aspirate
