Yves-Jacques SCHNEIDER, Life Science Expert
Professor at the 'Université catholique de Louvain', Head of Cell Biochemistry lab, he has developed a special track etched membrane for optimal cultivation of mammalian epithelial cells. His main expertise field is related to the development of cell culture systems, as in vitro tools for physio-pathological and pharma-co-toxico studies. His main current interest is related to nutrients-xenobiotics interaction at the level of human intestine.

Ces membranes consistent en un film fin et poreux qui filtre gaz et liquides, et le savoir-faire réside notamment dans le contrôle de la taille et du nombre de perforations qui y sont créées.
